A quick look at some of the things that happened this week in the world of cable cars, urban gondolas, and cable propelled transit:

  • The Wulong Cable Car, another scenic ropeway is set to open soon in China’s Wudang Mountain in Hubei province. The $32.68 million system is 3.6km long and can travel at a maximum speed of 6 m/s.
