  1. What are you talking about? Of course it's transit! Point A to Point B; Stations at each end; measurable throughput (I'm guessing 40 ppphpd). Costs look minimal, although you'd need a fair amount of station staff for it to scale. In Toronto you could use the CN Tower as a central hub. Who needs a downtown relief line? Get the TTC on the phone!
